Service Description

Elevate your fitness journey with Evolve U Fitness’ 12 Weeks Cardio & Strength program. Join us every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm for 40-45 minutes of invigorating cardio kickboxing, followed by 15-20 minutes of strength training. Our program includes measurements and weigh-ins at the beginning and end of the 12 weeks, as well as a step challenge!!! This 12 week is designed to hold you accountable and on track to reach your fitness goals. You'll also be part of our online community where you can share ideas, recipes and motivate and inspire one another, as well as receive guidance from Ashley. Join our community and evolve into the best version of yourself.

Cancellation Policy

Evolve U Fitness requires a minimum of 4 people signed up to hold a class and asks that you cancel a minimum of 1 hour prior to the start of a class or program.
