5:30 Club
Commit. Show up. Change.”
Service Description
Show up. That’s the standard. The 5:30 Club is a 12-week training program led by Ashley Hall, built for people who are ready to commit to consistency and see real results. We meet every Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm for structured, one-hour workouts that combine strength training, HIIT, and cardio. Each session is different, keeping your body challenged while building strength, endurance, and confidence. This is not a beginner program and is not designed for those needing injury modifications. It’s for individuals who are ready to show up, put in the work, and commit to themselves. This isn’t a drop-in class. It’s a commitment. If you show up consistently and pair this program with simple lifestyle changes, you will change your body and your mindset.
