Erin recommends that athletes workout 2-3 times per week, in addition to in-season practices/competition. Off season, or while in quarantine, athletes can potentially workout 4-5 times per week. Each session should include a warm-up and cool down with stretching. Most of the workouts posted here will be done with minimal equipment, but you will always have the option to add props or weights if you would like. It is our intention to provide opportunities for athletes to stay active during these strange times. Use our workouts as a guide, but make them your own. Find a space that allows you to move, sweat, build muscles and relieve a little stress! Feel free to contact Erin or Ashley with questions.
