Want to challenge yourself more?! Grab a heavier weight, focus on your form and engage your core! (remember belly tucked in tight-if someone punched U in your belly you wouldn't even move! If your core is that engaged during this class U will get an amazing workout!)
U will need gliders, paper plates or a towel depending on what kind of floor U are exercising on. U want to be able to slide your feet across the floor. Make sure one foot is always stable/secure on the floor as U are sliding the other one. Enjoy!!
All U need is heavy weights for this class.
