The audio isn't great on this video but we wanted to get some new content up for U!!! No equipment necessary...it's better when volume isn't up super high (we're resolving these issues for the next video!) We're recording without music so U can blast whatever U want to listen to!! Hope U burn a few calories....stay focused and keep moving!!

This is a 45 minute full-body strength training workout. Ashley recommends two sets of dumbbells, one slightly heavier than the other. When exercises are too easy grab the heavier set!
