GYM MEMBERSHIP

The gym is accessible 5am-11pm, 365 Days a year with a gym access card/membership.
We offer treadmills, Concept 2 Rowing Machines, Indoor Cycling Bikes, Free Weights,
Squat Rack/Cage, Barbells & Bumper Plates, All In One Cable Machine, Boxes, TRXs, a personal workout room and more!

$26-$36 per month

Every new member has the opportunity to setup a time with Ashley or Erin to go over how to properly use the machines and answer any questions regarding fitness/nutrition.

Other amenities: Changing Rooms, Lockers, Insurance Reimbursements, Parking, and Corporate Discounts

Our classes include:
Senior fitness, cardio kickboxing, Circuit training, Yoga, strength training, Pound Fitness® (cardio drumming), TRX®, low impact fitness classes, step classes, 30 Minute Lunch Classes, and more!
We are also part of the SilverSneakers and Silver & Fit Insurance Fitness/Reimbursement Programs.
