For the past 18 weeks we have had the wonderful opportunity to work with a group of women and watch them transform their lives with our new “U” challenge. The U is a three part challenge that is more than just working out: we get down to the root of what got you to where you are today, how to move forward and conquer your personal and fitness goals. The first six weeks we focus on learning, goal setting and making small changes. The second six weeks we begin to learn more about working out and beginning to chase those goals. Our final six weeks, we begin to prepare the women for the next part of their journey, with more focus on holding themselves accountable and figuring out what works for them on a daily basis.
We could write a book on everything that these 19 women did over the past eighteen weeks, they truly exceeded our expectations and left a mark on our hearts. They band together, became each other’s biggest supporters and found new ways to encourage and build each other up. Our slogan “stronger everyday” proved to be what they lived by. Each one of them have had amazing physical transformations, but what has been even more amazing is their emotional and mental growth. Their spirits have blossomed and they have all become truer versions of themselves.
