We often have requests for more early morning classes (especially as the days grow longer and the weather warmer), and as our classes begin to fill up more and more it became evident we needed to not only add more classes but bring on a new instructor as well! Help us welcome Sarah Meres to our team!
Sarah Meres recently finished her group fitness instructor certification with AFAA but her interests and knowledge of fitness stems back to 2010 when she began working at a small gym in her hometown. Being a part of people's positive progress towards a healthy lifestyle was very fulfulling. She studied athletic training at the University of Delaware and continued to Wilmington University where she finished her Bachelor's of Science in Marketing. Sarah proudly serves in the Army National Guard where she has been recognized for outstanding physical training and leadership. She wishes to pass on her high motivation and excitement of fitness to those she teaches!
Sarah will begin teaching two classes. Wednesday morning 6am will be a cardio and core circuit and Friday 6:00 am will be a Full Body Circuit class. With the addition of her two classes we now will be offering 6:00 am workouts Monday-Friday every week!! We are so excited to have Sarah on our team and we look forward to U all meeting her and being able to share her passion of fitness.
