Unfortunately every one of us has been affected by cancer or will be at some point in our lives, which is why WE HATE CANCER!! We want to do everything we can to help those fighting cancer and one of the greatest events/things going on in our area is the Relay for Life!! This year it is at Falls High School, this Sunday, April 17th from 9am-7pm and we will be leading workouts to raise money!
Come workout with us, drop some money in the bucket and/or cheer on those who are working out. We invite and encourage everyone to come sweat for a cause! 2:30pm Jillian MIchaels Bodyshred w/Ashley & Erin .... CHECK IT OUT HERE!! This week (April 11-17th) grab a friend and come to any class at Evolve U Fitness and instead of paying a drop in rate, all U have to do is make a donation to Relay for Life....it can be five dollars, ten dollars or even one hundred dollars ;-) Every donation helps!
