 Fall is here! That means it's time to start moving your workout inside! We offer a wide variety of classes and programs to keep your workouts exciting, motivating and to help U get in the best shape you've ever been in. To kick off the season we are offering specials on unlimited classes, gym memberships and we are launching our 2nd Annual Holiday Challenge!!

So what are the specials?! We are offering everything at our yearly rate which means the most affordable price for U!
1 month of classes is only $43 per month!!!! Normally $55
1 month of gym is only $24 per month!!! Normally $36
