8 WEEK MORNING BOOTCAMP
We get lots of questions when we launch our bootcamps. So we thought we would answer all your questions in one place.
WHEN: Every Tuesday & Thursday 9-9:45am
Starts Tuesday September 26th and runs until November 16th
COST: $150 for non-members $95 for members (16 sessions)
HOW MANY PEOPLE: Limited to first 20 that pay OR make a $50 downpayment. We allow payment plans as long as it's paid in full by the last day, and we accept cash, check or credit/debit cards.
WHAT DO WE DO: Our bootcamps are higher intensity workouts designed to challenge your mind and body. We typically use every piece of equipment in our facility over the course of the bootcamp. Treadmills, rowers, ropes, bikes, dumbbells, barbells, steps and lots of bodyweight exercises.
WHO CAN SIGNUP: We recommend our bootcamps to people who have had some experience working out at some point in their life. Bootcamps are a great way to jumpstart your weightloss, find your motivation again, get through a plateau or simply experience a new level of fitness. We typically do not recommend not starting out with a bootcamp if you have injuries or are severely overweight.

We are already at the end of January 2016! As u begin to tackle those goals u may be realizing that changing those old habits and truly accomplishing your goals is going to be a bit harder than u imagined. Well the bad news is you're right, its' going to be hard....but that's also the good news! If changing the way U think, acted and felt was easy then we would all be in a lot better shape and a lot healthier, BUT we wouldn't appreciate things nearly as much.
When u set those goals for 2016 they probably included something along the lines of finally getting in shape, losing weight or starting to eat healthy. Or maybe your goals were more directed to your professional, personal or spiritual life. Whatever the goals are the journeys tend to be the same.
We have to first decide what the change is we want to happen, we then start to take steps in the direction of the new goal. Step three typically goes one of two ways: u either realize how hard it is going to be to reach that goal and u give up OR u dig a little deeper into your heart and soul and REALLY begin to make that change in your life.

Change takes action. And no one in the world can make a change in your life except U!! So today we challenge U to take action in your life! Begin to make small changes and move towards your goals for 2016.

One of our biggest obstacles is being able to reach more people! We take fitness and education seriously at Evolve U, so it is imperative that when we bring on new instructors they have undergone proper training and are certified through a national, accredited organization.
The time has finally come for us to be able to add more instructors, which means a wider variety of classes for U! We are pairing with AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and hosting a Primary Group Exercise Certification on Saturday July 11th from 9am-6pm. This workshop is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, and we hope that many surrounding areas will take advantage of this wonderful opportunity. By bringing AFAA up here to host this certification, this not only opens doors for Evolve U, but for the entire region of Northern Minnesota. One of our greatest challenges living in the northland is having to travel so far for certifications, but we hope to bridge that gap as our studio expands.
