June's Member(s) of Month

This month our member of the month is actually a special group of people! Every week we have the privilege of working out with the men and women at Decker's Family Care in Ranier, better known as the Ranier Roost. We (Erin & Ashley) have been visiting twice a week for about a year and half, and the improvements we have seen with this group are amazing!
We have watched them go from limited mobility and coordination to now doing exercises similar to what our in house senior class does. Each week we work on overall strength training, range of motion and even practice chair yoga with them, and each week we are greeted with smiling faces eager to do more.
While our group varies a little week to week, one thing that does not is their desire to live life! They keep moving no matter what it's like outside! After each session, we take them on a walk around the facility, and a few of them even venture outside whether it's sunny or snowing!

Thank U Ranier Roost for allowing us to be a part of your "family." We truly enjoy walking through the doors each week and working out with U ALL!!
