OUR SECOND ANNUAL HEALTHY HOLIDAYS CHALLENGE STARTS

Cost is $95 for members. Non-member is $165 which includes unlimited classes for the duration of the challenge! !!
8 WEEK MORNING BOOTCAMP
We get lots of questions when we launch our bootcamps. So we thought we would answer all your questions in one place.
WHEN: Every Tuesday & Thursday 9-9:45am
Starts Tuesday September 26th and runs until November 16th
COST: $150 for non-members $95 for members (16 sessions)
HOW MANY PEOPLE: Limited to first 20 that pay OR make a $50 downpayment. We allow payment plans as long as it's paid in full by the last day, and we accept cash, check or credit/debit cards.
WHAT DO WE DO: Our bootcamps are higher intensity workouts designed to challenge your mind and body. We typically use every piece of equipment in our facility over the course of the bootcamp. Treadmills, rowers, ropes, bikes, dumbbells, barbells, steps and lots of bodyweight exercises.
WHO CAN SIGNUP: We recommend our bootcamps to people who have had some experience working out at some point in their life. Bootcamps are a great way to jumpstart your weightloss, find your motivation again, get through a plateau or simply experience a new level of fitness. We typically do not recommend not starting out with a bootcamp if you have injuries or are severely overweight.

We often have requests for more early morning classes (especially as the days grow longer and the weather warmer), and as our classes begin to fill up more and more it became evident we needed to not only add more classes but bring on a new instructor as well! Help us welcome Sarah Meres to our team!
Sarah Meres recently finished her group fitness instructor certification with AFAA but her interests and knowledge of fitness stems back to 2010 when she began working at a small gym in her hometown. Being a part of people's positive progress towards a healthy lifestyle was very fulfulling. She studied athletic training at the University of Delaware and continued to Wilmington University where she finished her Bachelor's of Science in Marketing. Sarah proudly serves in the Army National Guard where she has been recognized for outstanding physical training and leadership. She wishes to pass on her high motivation and excitement of fitness to those she teaches!
Sarah will begin teaching two classes. Wednesday morning 6am will be a cardio and core circuit and Friday 6:00 am will be a Full Body Circuit class. With the addition of her two classes we now will be offering 6:00 am workouts Monday-Friday every week!! We are so excited to have Sarah on our team and we look forward to U all meeting her and being able to share her passion of fitness.

Please welcome Gabrielle!!!
Gabrielle is from Michigan and attends college at Michigan Tech University. She is studying Exercise Science and will graduate with her bachelors in December. As a part of her college curriculum she has to fulfill an internship. Gabby is very excited for this opportunity to be here at Evolve U. She is ready to be out of the classroom and in the gym. This summer will be her chance to learn about the different aspects of the gym from management, to classes, to personal training. She is looking forward to learning, working out, and helping people meet their goals. One day Gabby hopes to work at a gym and be able to help people gain confidence in themselves and make them stronger physically and mentally.

U Be Well is a dream of educating, creating and promoting healthier communities and futures!! As we look around our world, more specifically our community, we see a need to help others. To help them feel better about themselves and to help them create opportunities to lead a healthier life. So many people simply don't have the resources or knowledge to change their lives and we want to help!
U Be Well is in the process of becoming a non-profit organization with a vision of changing Ifalls and eventually communities around the state and maybe even nation (Yes we dream BIG!).
We will begin this journey with a community wellness program specifically for IFalls called Be Well Ifalls. We want to provide our community with access to FREE resources aimed at improving your life. We will be hosting FREE classes at Rainy River Community College the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month 2-4pm beginning in February. These classes are for ALL ages! Along with the classes, we will be dispersing information on all the free things U can do in our community to get healthy (including but not limited to classes & programs)
The goal of Be Well Ifalls is also to teach the public, so we will be putting information out to local restaurants and various food facilities on simple healthy choices U can make on a daily basis.
We eventually want to grow our non-profit into an organization that can sponsor athletes that can't afford to play their favorite sport, offer grants to communities and organizations aimed at creating new ways to be active and maybe even contribute to the community's goal of having a community center (remember we dream big!).

U chase your goals, we report your workouts and U get the money! If U need an extra push and some accountability THIS IS IT!!

We are already at the end of January 2016! As u begin to tackle those goals u may be realizing that changing those old habits and truly accomplishing your goals is going to be a bit harder than u imagined. Well the bad news is you're right, its' going to be hard....but that's also the good news! If changing the way U think, acted and felt was easy then we would all be in a lot better shape and a lot healthier, BUT we wouldn't appreciate things nearly as much.
When u set those goals for 2016 they probably included something along the lines of finally getting in shape, losing weight or starting to eat healthy. Or maybe your goals were more directed to your professional, personal or spiritual life. Whatever the goals are the journeys tend to be the same.
We have to first decide what the change is we want to happen, we then start to take steps in the direction of the new goal. Step three typically goes one of two ways: u either realize how hard it is going to be to reach that goal and u give up OR u dig a little deeper into your heart and soul and REALLY begin to make that change in your life.

Change takes action. And no one in the world can make a change in your life except U!! So today we challenge U to take action in your life! Begin to make small changes and move towards your goals for 2016.

We have created a workout space just for U! For the past few months U have probably heard us talk about the “backroom” or more recently we have referred to it as “THE HUB.” We know how intimidating and sometimes nerve wracking it can be to workout with other people, so we wanted to create a more personal space for U. A place where U can workout, listen to your own music and not have to worry about waiting for a machine or piece of equipment. THE HUB is a great addition and compliment to the main studio and a room that’s not your typical gym setting. We don’t have rows of treadmills, ellipticals and TV’s, and we don’t have lots of single purpose machines. We do have lots of dumbbells, jump boxes, plates and bars, foam rollers, various sizes of ropes and bands, an indoor cycling bike, an all-in-one machine that U can do almost any exercise on and elliptical as well as a variety of pre-written workouts for U to choose from.
THE HUB is an open room that can accommodate up to four people at a time and U can book your workout times right on your mindbodyonline.com account. The times THE HUB is open is available under the appointments tab. For only $12 a month (for current clients) or $24 a month for new clients U can workout on your own or with a few friends in a private space.
