In case U haven't heard...we moved locations, added a gym and a kids zone! It's been about a month since we opened our doors at 1608 Highway 71 and we are ready to celebrate our big expansion!!! We want U to join in on the fun!! Stop by Friday or Saturday and workout in the gym or attend classes for FREE, grab lunch from the Cater For You food truck and checkout our new merchandise!!!
Saturday we will be giving away shirts to the first 10 people that walk our city loop and we will be doing free giveaways all weekend long!!!

U Be Well is a dream of educating, creating and promoting healthier communities and futures!! As we look around our world, more specifically our community, we see a need to help others. To help them feel better about themselves and to help them create opportunities to lead a healthier life. So many people simply don't have the resources or knowledge to change their lives and we want to help!
U Be Well is in the process of becoming a non-profit organization with a vision of changing Ifalls and eventually communities around the state and maybe even nation (Yes we dream BIG!).
We will begin this journey with a community wellness program specifically for IFalls called Be Well Ifalls. We want to provide our community with access to FREE resources aimed at improving your life. We will be hosting FREE classes at Rainy River Community College the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month 2-4pm beginning in February. These classes are for ALL ages! Along with the classes, we will be dispersing information on all the free things U can do in our community to get healthy (including but not limited to classes & programs)
The goal of Be Well Ifalls is also to teach the public, so we will be putting information out to local restaurants and various food facilities on simple healthy choices U can make on a daily basis.
We eventually want to grow our non-profit into an organization that can sponsor athletes that can't afford to play their favorite sport, offer grants to communities and organizations aimed at creating new ways to be active and maybe even contribute to the community's goal of having a community center (remember we dream big!).

Our young athletes camp is back!! During our time with your young athletes we will cover a variety of topics including but not limited to: healthy living, teamwork, building self confidence and good sportsmanship. Everyday we will work on strength, agility and flexibility.
Our mission is to create a positive environment for young athletes to learn and implement skills they can take with them on the field, court or ice. Register now space is limited!!!
We recently finished up our "U" weightloss/lifestyle challenge. We had the privilege of working with 13 women who worked their butts off for 18 weeks. They not only began to workout more but they changed their way of thinking, eating and living! We laughed and cried with them, we challenged them and we watched them inspire each other and people in their everyday lives! This was a group of truly amazing women and we thank U all for letting us and trusting us to be a part of your journey.

Unfortunately every one of us has been affected by cancer or will be at some point in our lives, which is why WE HATE CANCER!! We want to do everything we can to help those fighting cancer and one of the greatest events/things going on in our area is the Relay for Life!! This year it is at Falls High School, this Sunday, April 17th from 9am-7pm and we will be leading workouts to raise money!
Come workout with us, drop some money in the bucket and/or cheer on those who are working out. We invite and encourage everyone to come sweat for a cause!

We need as many hands as possible to make this event a success. Relay for Life is an American Cancer Society fundraising event. These events are held all over the world to celebrate, remember and fight back!
We will have a table at our local Relay for Life which is held on Sunday April 17th. We will be raising money, working out and celebrating the life of those who have fought and are still fighting cancer. We would love to have U help us in this FIGHT AGAINST CANCER!!

We are already at the end of January 2016! As u begin to tackle those goals u may be realizing that changing those old habits and truly accomplishing your goals is going to be a bit harder than u imagined. Well the bad news is you're right, its' going to be hard....but that's also the good news! If changing the way U think, acted and felt was easy then we would all be in a lot better shape and a lot healthier, BUT we wouldn't appreciate things nearly as much.
When u set those goals for 2016 they probably included something along the lines of finally getting in shape, losing weight or starting to eat healthy. Or maybe your goals were more directed to your professional, personal or spiritual life. Whatever the goals are the journeys tend to be the same.
We have to first decide what the change is we want to happen, we then start to take steps in the direction of the new goal. Step three typically goes one of two ways: u either realize how hard it is going to be to reach that goal and u give up OR u dig a little deeper into your heart and soul and REALLY begin to make that change in your life.
Action: /akSHen/ noun 1. the fact or process of doing something, typically to achieve an aim 2. a thing done; an act.
Change takes action. And no one in the world can make a change in your life except U!! So today we challenge U to take action in your life! Begin to make small changes and move towards your goals for 2016.
We WANT U to CHOOSE to truly change for good. We want U to CHOOSE that difficult path towards the greater good for YOURSELF. Take action for U! Change for U!
Thanksgiving is supposed to be a day of expressing our gratitude to ourselves and to those around us. We celebrate life, blessings and the company of those we love! We also indulge in delicious food, quite possibly a few times throughout the day....and we are not telling U to stop this tradition!! Yes U read that right, if you want to indulge do it!
What we don't want U to do is wake up on Friday and feel guilty and full of remorse for what U ate. We are in the middle of a 30 day clean eating challenge at the studio and we have had multiple discussions on how to handle turkey day. There are two approaches and its up to U to choose what U do on Thanksgiving day. Here are the two approaches we discuss and recommend:
1.) Eat whatever U want on Thanksgiving Day, but wake up Friday back on track. Dig deep into your pocket of discipline Friday morning eat clean and try to move around-whether its shopping or an intense workout-Get Moving!! Know U have the discipline and strength within U to enjoy your Thanksgiving Day and wakeup the next day with no regrets and no guilt....drink lots of water Friday to flush out all the sodium and sugar, eat lots of veggies and enjoy the memories of Thanksgiving Day.
2.) If U know yourself, and know that U can't indulge without spiraling out of control on Friday (and maybe even the days/weeks after) then maybe U need to be the one to make healthier choices on Thursday. Skip the gravy, pie and stuffing and bring a veggie tray to munch on. Eat the turkey and potatoes but skip the toppings. There are ways to make Thanksgiving a little bit more healthy. And don't let other skew your way of thinking or beliefs.
Whichever path U take on Thanksgiving be proud and live with no guilt!
Choose U...choose what U know U can mentally and emotionally handle. Do not feel guilty for your choices, LIVE, LOVE AND HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

We have created a workout space just for U! For the past few months U have probably heard us talk about the “backroom” or more recently we have referred to it as “THE HUB.” We know how intimidating and sometimes nerve wracking it can be to workout with other people, so we wanted to create a more personal space for U. A place where U can workout, listen to your own music and not have to worry about waiting for a machine or piece of equipment. THE HUB is a great addition and compliment to the main studio and a room that’s not your typical gym setting. We don’t have rows of treadmills, ellipticals and TV’s, and we don’t have lots of single purpose machines. We do have lots of dumbbells, jump boxes, plates and bars, foam rollers, various sizes of ropes and bands, an indoor cycling bike, an all-in-one machine that U can do almost any exercise on and elliptical as well as a variety of pre-written workouts for U to choose from.
THE HUB is an open room that can accommodate up to four people at a time and U can book your workout times right on your mindbodyonline.com account. The times THE HUB is open is available under the appointments tab. For only $12 a month (for current clients) or $24 a month for new clients U can workout on your own or with a few friends in a private space.
